• Non-Transferability: Your Account and all rights associated with it are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes associated with two-factor authentication. In furtherance of this obligation:

• You must select a strong, unique password for your x777bb Account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted and must not share your OTP codes with any third party, including persons claiming to be x777bb customer support agents.
• You must log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• You must immediately notify x777bb's support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

x777bb will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password or full OTP code. Any communication purporting to be from x777bb and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent. x777bb accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

x777bb accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. x777bb reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ₱100.
• Personal Funds: You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Wallet, depending on the issuing bank.
• No Deposit Fees: x777bb does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment service provider or bank may impose their own fees, for which x777bb accepts no responsibility.
• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. x777bb reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

You may request a withdrawal of your available Wallet balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200.
• Verification Requirement: x777bb may require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal processing delays.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. x777bb reserves the right to require additional verification when processing withdrawals to alternative methods.
• Processing Times: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval. • Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to exploiting bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any component of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward x777bb's customer support team or other users of the Platform.

All content on the x777bb Platform, including but not limited to the x777bb name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of x777bb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to reproduce, republish, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of x777bb.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x777bb, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security practices as described in Section 5.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or game features that were affected by a technical error subsequently corrected by x777bb.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit x777bb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

x777bb collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at x777bb.club/privacy-policy. By registering for an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

x777bb will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or by the terms of x777bb's operating agreements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting x777bb's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any verified balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to applicable verification requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming and general law in the jurisdiction in which x777bb operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the x777bb Platform shall be resolved in the first instance through good-faith discussion with x777bb's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitration process before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this section limits x777bb's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

x777bb reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x777bb will provide notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by direct notification to registered Players at the email address or mobile number on file. The effective date of the revised Terms & Conditions will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
